This event may include relaxation, breathwork, light movement, or other gentle wellbeing practices. To ensure your safety and comfort, please only book if you do not currently have or have ever had any of the following:

Seizure disorder (epilepsy or recurrent unprovoked seizures)

History of psychosis

Severe untreated mental illness

Glaucoma
